How strong is our iman actually? Do you believe in Allah, his Messengers and the other pillars of faith that we are supposed to belive in? Yes? So, does this mean that our iman is "solid" and we have secured a place in His heaven? Well, maybe yes. After going through hell to "pay up" for our sins maaaybbeee then can you rest in heaven. So where am i going with this actually? Well, for your info, I went off track already! hahaha.
What I planned to say in this post is actually our action reflects our Iman. Your Ibadah, do we do them in front of people so that others could see? What if no one is present? Would the quality of our ibadah be the same when no one is looking? Or better still, would we even bother to do the deed/ibadah? In my opinion, ibadah should be done secretly, to avoid all these riyak and takabbur and their siblings.
But sad to say, in this sad world that we live in now, doing deeds behinds peoples knowledge is almost as good as not doing them. You do something nice, you help people, others dont see, they would say "kau tak pernah nak buat kerja eh?". You do some group task/ assignment, no black and white, equals to " you never do your part!".
Nowadays many people are doing good things to impress their superior/ boss/ leader etc. You do something, you report to them, so that they would recognise and you will be liked by them. haha. Everything also you need to report? Where is the sincerity when youre doing good? What about impressing our Ultimate "Boss", the Almighty?
Definitely something for you and me to ponder upon. Hows your iman? :)
